We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was convenient, right in front of the metro station. There was a small market behind the hotel. It was easy to reach Freedom Square, only two stops away. The rooms were clear and suitable, and the staff was understanding. Miss Sima was particularly accommodating and kind.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's location was awesome - right by a metro station and near a small market. It was so convenient to get to Freedom Square and around the city. the staff were friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and were willing to help with anything we needed. we enjoyed the clean and clear rooms.

The hotel lacked carpets, and the TV remote controls didn't work. Worst of all, there was no elevator!

Had a great experience staying here during Christmas. Conveniently located near a metro station and a small market, which was perfect for last-minute Christmas shopping. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable with modern amenities. The highlight of our stay was the delicious Christmas dinner offered by the hotel, which included a variety of traditional dishes.

Although we had a pleasant stay, we do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. some of the room facilities need to be updated, such as the removal of the TV controls and the addition of carpets for better insulation.

The location of the hotel is convenient, located in front of a metro station and with a small market nearby. Guests can easily reach the Freedom Square within minutes by metro. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious interiors and accommodating staff. the hotel offers a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality.

The absence of necessary amenities such as an elevator and working television remote can cause inconvenience to some guests.
